Besides all the information you would expect it to have, there are also worksheets you can fill out, recipes to follow and shopping lists. This is not a diet book. This is a book on how to live healthy. This document can be used by anyone for anyone. There are sections for children and other areas discuss the special needs of older people. Not only does this book give you good information, it also contains a list of websites you can go to and learn more.
I have not read the entire book but just looking through it has given me many ideas and confirmed much of what I already know. My favorite parts were the personal stories and the quick way to check a label.
