The second document being highlighted is titled Guide to Wisconsin Trout Fishing Regulations 2014-2015. Its sudoc. number is WI NAT. 5/2: T 76/2015. As you probably guessed, this item has all the rules and regulations you need to go trout fishing. There is a section on what is illegal in trout fishing, what the limits are, and what the seasons are. There is an index map on the back cover you can use to find information on a specific body of water. On the inside back cover is a small guide to identifying Wisconsin's Trout and Salmon.
